Hockey orders are due 24hrs prior to the photo shoot.  This tremendously helps keeping things moving smoothly the day of the session.  Like last year, there is no "proof gallery" as these are all custom orders

1 online, or physical order form, per player.  This helps us keep things organized and streamlines our process to maximize our turnaround times.

This year, to be ensure you are included in the team photo we are asking that if you have to miss your session time (due to being sick or out of town), that you make it up within one week.  Once the team composite has been completed and delivered we will be unable to start the process over again to add a player.

We are asking Coaches to be present during the session to help organize players during the session as well as be photographed at the same time as their team.  We had several Coaches do this last season and it made a world of difference for the experience of the players and parents.

We have added a notes section on the order form for you to express your preferences for smiles, no smiles, "celly photos" or no "celly photos", etc.  When you leave it up to your player and we don't have any other guidance... we don't know your preference if it's not communicated.  Help us help you and let's make the process and final images amazing for you.

We would love to have a point of contact for each team to help spread the word on session info/updates as well as image/order completion.  We had a terrible time with emails getting to the recipients last year and have made several steps to get everything out in advance.  A contact person, aside from a busy Coach, would be an amazing help.
